How do I book accommodation?
All bookings are made through our secure online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference which you will need when checking in on arrival.
Do I need to pay the full amount when booking?
You have the option to pay in full or choose a our deposit options with instalment payments, allowing guests to spread the cost before the event.
Can I change my booking?
If you need to amend your booking, please contact our team as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on availability.
What happens if I need to cancel?
All bookings are Non-refundable.
