Is Adare Glamping an official Ryder Cup campsite?
Adare Glamping is not an official Ryder Cup glampsite.

Are Ryder Cup tickets included in the accommodation packages?
No. Tickets for the Ryder Cup are not included in any packages.

Is Adare Glamping a permanent Glampsite?
No. Adare Glamping is a temporary pop-up accommodation village created exclusively for the Ryder Cup 2027. The site is purpose-built ahead of the tournament, fully serviced throughout the event, and removed once the Ryder Cup has concluded.
While Adare Glamping is a new location created specifically for the Ryder Cup, the experienced team behind it has successfully delivered event accommodation projects across the island of Ireland over the past decade.
Booking & Payments
How do I book accommodation?
All bookings are made through our website and are securely processed through Stripe, we do not store your card details on our systems, ensuring your personal and payment information remains fully protected and secure at all times.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference which you will need when checking in on arrival.
Do I need to pay the full amount when booking?
You can choose to pay in full or use a flexible instalment option, allowing you to spread the cost ahead of your event. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, giving you a safe and trusted way to complete your booking with confidence.
How does the instalment payment plans work?
At checkout, you can select the Partial.ly payment plan option. This allows you to set your own deposit amount, with the remaining balance automatically spread over the chosen repayment period. Partial.ly will then calculate and manage your monthly instalments for you.
Can I change my booking?
If you need to amend your booking, please contact our team as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on availability.
What happens if I need to cancel?
All bookings are Non-refundable.

Campsite Facilities
What facilities are available on site?
Guests will enjoy access to a wide range of premium facilities, including live Ryder Cup screening, a private bar, and relaxed chill-out areas, along with luxury wellness amenities such as hot tubs and saunas.
The site also includes hot showers, toilets, wash basins, a 24-hour reception and check-in area, communal seating spaces, and a selection of food and coffee vendors for added convenience throughout your stay.
Do the sinks have hot water?
Hand-washing sinks provide running water but may not have hot water.
Are showers included?
Yes. Guests staying at Adare Glamping have access to the hot shower facilities throughout their stay.
Is electricity provided in the tents?
Most accommodation includes interior lighting, but power sockets inside tents may be limited.
Is phone charging available?
Phone charging facilities are available in our communal areas for guests throughout the site, ensuring you can easily keep your devices powered during your stay.
In addition, we offer portable power packs available for hire, which can be taken with you for the day—ideal for staying charged while you’re out and about at the Ryder Cup or exploring the surrounding area.

Can I bring my own tent?
Adare Glamping is a pre-pitched and managed campsite, meaning accommodation is already set up and ready on arrival. Bringing your own tent is not permitted.
Do you provide campervan or caravan pitches?
We offer designated pitches for campervans and caravans, giving guests access to all campsite facilities while staying in their own vehicle.
Each pitch is also fully serviced with an electrical hook-up as well as access to fresh water and chemicial waste facilities.
Can you recommend campervan hire companies ?
We work with a number of trusted and well-established campervan and motorhome hire providers across Ireland and are happy to recommend the these suppliers to guests looking to arrange vehicle hire for their stay.
Campervan & Caravan
What is included with a caravan or campervan pitch?
Each pitch measures 8m x 10m on a grass surface and includes an electricity hook-up. Guests also have access to hot showers, toilets, and wastewater disposal facilities throughout the campsite.
How many people and vehicles are permitted on a pitch?
Each pitch can accommodate a maximum of four guests. Pricing is charged per pitch rather than per person, so the rate remains the same regardless of occupancy.
For caravan bookings, one towing vehicle/car is permitted. For campervan bookings, no additional vehicles are allowed, and all guests must arrive within the booked campervan.
Can I bring an awning, gazebo, or additional tent?
Awnings are permitted provided they are attached directly to your caravan or campervan and remain within your allocated pitch. Gazebos, standalone tents, and other freestanding structures are not permitted.
Can I choose my stay dates or request a pitch beside friends and family?
Caravan and campervan bookings are only available as the fixed packages advertised on our website, and arrivals or departures outside these dates cannot be accommodated.
If you wish to be located beside friends or family, please provide the relevant booking references when booking or contact us as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, neighbouring pitches cannot be guaranteed.
Are cooking facilities available on site?
There are no communal kitchens, cooking facilities, or barbecue areas on site.
Guests may only use cooking facilities that are a fixed, permanent installation within their caravan or campervan. Portable gas stoves, camping cookers, barbecues, fire pits, and other outdoor cooking equipment are prohibited. A range of food and beverage vendors will be available throughout the event.
Is the campsite secure, and can I charge my electric vehicle?
Security measures will be in place throughout the event to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. However, all vehicles, caravans, campervans, and personal belongings remain on site at the owner’s risk.
Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited from campsite electrical hook-ups.

How far is the campsite from Adare village?
Adare Glamping is located 1km from the centre of Adare, approximately a 10-minute walk.
How close is the campsite to the Ryder Cup venue?
Adare Manor is located just a short distance from our site, with the back gate situated in Adare Village approximately a 10-minute walk away (around 1km). Guests can easily access the venue either by walking or by using our on-site shuttle bus service, which operates subject to availability for added convenience.
Is parking available?
Will taxis be available?
Taxi services operate in the area, but availability may be limited during major events. We recommend planning transport in advance where possible.
Arrival & Staying On Site
What time is check-in?
Our reception and check-in area will operate 24 hours a day to accommodate guests arriving at different times, including those travelling from overseas for the Ryder Cup.
We understand that journeys can vary significantly, so our team will be on hand around the clock to ensure a smooth and flexible check-in experience whenever you arrive.

Is the campsite secure?
The campsite is fully secured for the duration of your stay, with private security personnel on-site 24 hours a day to ensure a safe and well-managed environment for all guests.
Access to the site is controlled at all entry and exit points, and wristbands will be checked at all times to maintain security and protect the privacy and safety of everyone attending.

Is the campsite suitable for guests with mobility issues?
The campsite is located on grass fields, so ground conditions may vary depending on weather. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitable accommodation options.
Is the campsite family friendly?
Yes. Guests of all ages are welcome, although some accommodation packages may be more suited to adult groups.
