1. Legal Identity & Definition
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and use of accommodation, campervan/caravan pitches, and facilities operated by:
Pamper the Camper, trading as Adare Glamping (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Registered in Ireland, CRO: 573972.
The person making the booking (“Lead Booker”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms on behalf of all persons included in the booking (“Guests”).
2. Formation of Contract
A legally binding contract is formed when:
- A booking is made via our website or authorised channel, and
- Payment (deposit or full amount) is received and accepted
We reserve the right to:
- Decline any booking at our discretion
- Cancel bookings where Terms are breached
3. Payment Terms
Payment may be required:
- In full at the time of booking, or
- By instalments where expressly agreed
Failure to complete payments by the specified dates constitutes a material breach and may result in cancellation without refund.
All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Chargeback / Dispute Notice:
Any attempt to reverse or dispute a payment (chargeback) without prior written consent may constitute a breach of contract.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover associated costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
No refunds shall be issued for:
- Failure to attend
- Early departure
- Adverse weather
- Changes, postponement, or cancellation of any external event
We strongly advise Guests to obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required.
We reserve the right to deduct sums for:
- Damage to property or equipment
- Excessive cleaning
- Breach of site rules
Our decision regarding deductions shall be final, acting reasonably.
6. Check-In / Check-Out
Times will be specified before the event by email.
Failure to vacate on time may incur additional charges.
Late arrivals are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
7. Use of Accommodation & Pitches
7.1 Glamping Units
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Cooking of any kind
- BBQs
- Open flames
- Heaters or electrical cooking devices
7.2 Campervans & Caravans
- Only approved vehicles may access the site
- Park within designated pitches
- Comply with spacing and safety requirements
- Use hook-ups safely and correctly
Improper use of utilities or unsafe setups may result in removal from site.
Right of Entry: The Company reserves the right to enter tents, caravans, or campervans at any time for safety inspections, maintenance, or emergency situations.
8. Campervan & Caravan Rules
8.1 Pitch Use
Pitches are allocated at our discretion. Guests must not exceed allocated space.
8.2 Safety Distances
Mandatory spacing between units must be maintained. Unauthorised structures are prohibited.
8.3 Waste Management
Waste must be disposed of in designated areas only. Improper disposal is strictly prohibited.
8.4 Electrical Use
Guests are responsible for safe use of electrical connections. We accept no liability for damage to personal equipment.
8.5 Generators
Generators are prohibited unless expressly authorised.
9. Cooking & BBQs
For health, safety, and insurance compliance, all forms of cooking are strictly prohibited across the entire site, including:
- BBQs
- Gas stoves
- Camping cookers
- Open flames
- Disposable grills
This applies to tents, campervans, caravans, and outdoor areas.
Breach Consequence: Immediate removal from site without refund.
10. Site Rules & Conduct
Guests must:
- Behave in a respectful and lawful manner
- Comply with all instructions from staff
- Observe designated quiet hours
We reserve the right to remove any person for anti-social behaviour or refuse entry at our sole discretion.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
11. Wellness Facilities Disclaimer
Use of facilities including but not limited to hot tubs, saunas, and cold plunge pools is entirely at the Guest’s own risk.
Guests acknowledge these facilities carry inherent health risks and they are responsible for determining their own fitness to use them.
We accept no liability for injury, illness, or adverse effects except where required by law.
12. Facilities & Services
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to sanitary facilities, power or water supply, wellness areas, or on-site vendors.
Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, weather, or operational requirements.
13. Damage, Loss & Liability for Property
Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their party.
We reserve the right to recover costs for repair or replacement.
We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or their contents.
Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the site.
14. Vehicles & Parking
All vehicles are brought onsite at the owner’s risk.
Guests must follow site traffic management rules and comply with speed limits.
We shall not be liable for damage, theft, or loss.
15. Health & Safety
Guests agree to take reasonable care for their own safety, supervise children at all times, and comply with all safety signage and instructions.
Failure to comply may result in removal from site.
16. Ryder Cup Disclaimer
Pamper the Camper trading as Adare Glamping is an independent accommodation provider.
We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to:
- The Ryder Cup
- Ryder Cup Europe LLP
- The PGA of America
- Adare Manor or any official event organisers or sponsors
Any reference to the Ryder Cup is for descriptive location and timing purposes only.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, or loss arising from external events.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
18. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or event cancellation.
No refunds shall be issued in such circumstances.
19. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Data is used for booking administration, customer communication, and legal and regulatory compliance.
Guests have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of their data under GDPR.
20. Website Use
All intellectual property rights in the website are owned by the Company.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
21. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
The Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
